Natalia Fridman – Attorney at Law

Natalia Fridman is an immigration attorney and a member of the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA) and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). She received an LL.M. in Comparative Law in 2005 from the University of Miami School of Law with particular emphasis in immigration law and was previously awarded her law degree with an international law specialization from the University of Buenos Aires in 2001. Ms. Fridman has specialized in “extraordinary ability” visas for renowned clients in advertising, the arts, athletics, entertainment, and fashion fields, as well as business visas for investors and corporate clients. She has been invited to speak at Conferences regarding immigration options for investors, extraordinary ability individuals and professionals. While completing her degrees she gained a range of experience completing clerkships for Kurzban, Kurzban, Tetzeli & Pratt, P.A. in Miami and MTV Networks in Miami Beach.  Ms. Fridman is fluent in Spanish, English, and German.

Natalie Gaviria – Attorney at law

Natalie Gaviria is an immigration attorney and a member of the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA) and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). She received an LL.M. in 2019 from the Florida International University and was previously awarded her law degree from the University of Caldas, Colombia in 2017. Natalie specializes in business, family and employment-based immigration petitions. She has extensive experience representing clients before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service and other government authorities. Natalie’s experience includes the preparation of applications for EB1, EB2, EB-3, H-1B, H-1B1, L-1A, L-1B, O-1, P-1, E-2 and J-1 visas. Although she was born in the United States, coming from a family of immigrants and having been raised in Colombia, has allowed her to understand the client’s needs and backgrounds, utilizing her upbringing in their favor for their immigration petitions. She is fluent in English and Spanish.

Florencia Rosenberg – Law Clerk

Florencia Rosenberg is a licensed attorney from Argentina who has been an essential member of the Firm. She graduated from the University of Buenos Aires in 2015. Prior to joining Fridman Law, Ms. Rosenberg practiced law in Argentina’s largest law firm, Marval O´Farrell & Mairal.
Ms. Rosenberg specializes in all aspects of corporate immigration.She focuses on assisting clients with immigrant visa petitions (E-1, E-2, L-1, P-1, P-2, O-1, etc.) and permanent residency applications ( FAMILY BASED, EB1, EB2, PERM, I-140, etc.)
Ms. Rosenberg performs thorough research and prepares detailed case files that are submitted to Immigration Officers in support of the firm’s clients. Her ability to fluently communicate in both Spanish and English has enabled her to maintain extensive client interaction and comprehend specific particularities of each case, an essential tool to obtain successful results. Ms. Rosenberg is fluent in Spanish and English.

Leandro Avruj – Immigration Paralegal

Leandro Avruj is a licensed attorney from Argentina who has graduated in 2019 from the University of Buenos Aires, with the specialization in Corporate and Tax Law. He has formerly worked in Argentina’s largest law firm, Marval O´Farrell & Mairal, as a lawyer specialized in the Tax and Corporate Departments. In addition, Mr. Avruj possesses vast experience in Fintech Law, due to his work as Regional Legal Counsel at Pomelo, one of the most promising start-ups in Latin America.
Mr. Avruj is in charge of the business visas, such as Investor Visa (E-2), Commercial Trade Visa (E-1), Executive Transfer Visa (L-1), as well as EB-5 Visas for Immigrant Investors. Mr. Avruj is fluent in English and Spanish.

Victoria Farji – Immigration Paralegal

Victoria Farji is a licensed attorney from Argentina, who received her law degree from the University of Buenos Aires.
She worked for one of the top three consulting services companies in the country and has extensive experience as a corporate attorney for other renowned law firms in Argentina. She has an international certification as Contract Manager from IACCM – The Global Contract Management Association.
Ms Farji is in charge of E-2 Investor visas, E-1 commercial exchange and L-1 executive transfers, as well as Extraordinary Abilities Visas such as O-1 and EB-1 visas and EB2-NIW. Ms. Farji is fluent in English and Spanish.

Consuelo del Castillo – Immigration Paralegal

Consuelo del Castillo graduated in 2015 from the Law School of the National University of Córdoba, Argentina.
Ms del Castillo has leadership training, certified as a Professional Facilitator by the Association of Professional Facilitators of Argentina (AFP); and a specialization in compliance endorsed by George Washington University.
Ms. del Castillo specializes in Extraordinary Habilities Visa (O1) and Investor’s Visas (E2). Ms. Del Castillo is fluent in Spanish and English.

Sebastian Filipich – Immigration Paralegal

Sebastián Filipich is a licensed attorney from Argentina who received his law degree from the Catholic University of Argentina (UCA) in 2019.
Prior to joining Fridman Law, Mr. Filipich practiced law for many years in Argentina’s biggest law firm, Marval O´Farrell & Mairal.
Mr. Filipich obtained a postgraduate certification in Corporations and Contracts and subsequently completed an MBA at St. Thomas University in Miami.
Mr. Filipich is a proud member of the Law Firm team that specializes in Extraordinary Abilities proceedings such as the O-1 Visa and EB-1 Green Card.

Mr. Filipich is fluent in Spanish, English and Italian.

Juan Pedro Cabo – Immigration Paralegal

Juan Pedro Cabo is a licensed attorney from Argentina who graduated in 2018 from the University of Buenos Aires. He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Law & Economics at the University Torcuato Di Tella, from Argentina. As part of the Master, Juan Pedro has studied at Università degli Studi di Roma “Tor Vergata”.
He has formerly worked in Argentina’s largest law firm, Marval O´Farrell & Mairal, as a lawyer specializing in the Tax and Corporate Departments. Later, he worked as Head of Legal and Head of Operations at Mudafy (YC 2019), a tech-enabled real estate startup. Juan Pedro possesses vast experience in international business, corporate law, real estate, operations, startups, and tax law.
Juan Pedro works with business visas, such as Investor Visa (E-2), Commercial Trade Visa (E-1), as well as Executive Transfer Visa (L-1).
Juan Pedro is fluent in English and Spanish.

Camila Cordera – Law Clerk

Camila Cordera graduated in 2015 from the Law School of the National University of Córdoba, Argentina. In 2023 she received an LL.M. from Florida International University. She has extensive and solid work experience in the field of business and corporate law.

Ms. Cordera specializes in permanent residency applications (FAMILY BASED, EB1, EB2, PERM, I-140, etc.). Ms. Cordera is fluent in English and Spanish. 

Franco Vaisman – Administrative Assistant

Franco Vaisman is in charge of the daily control of payments and contracts. Mr. Vaisman has more than 5 years of experience in administrative tasks, invoice control and documentation. He also supports the team in communication with the clients. Mr. Vaisman is fluent in English and Spanish.

Eloisa Romero – Paralegal

Eloisa Romero is responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of the office. She provides administrative leadership and acts as liaison between the office and firm management. Mrs. Romero has more than 9 years of professional experience in law firm administration, family, and employment-based cases. Mrs. Romero’s experience includes the preparation of applications for I-539, I-765, I-131, I-90, I-485, EB3/I-140, I-751, I-824, N-400, I-864, I-944, I-129, N-600 forms and Consular Processing. Ms. Romero is fluent in Spanish and English.

Ashley Lanzas – Assistant

Ashley Lanzas provides administrative support for the management team and handles front desk duties and daily operations, including greeting clients, coordinating appointments, sending out cases, maintaining inventory of office supplies and supporting the attorneys and paralegals, as needed. Ms. Lanzas has more than five years of experience in administrative work and is fluent in both English and Spanish.
